ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! NEVER GO HERE! My phone got water damage, I drove there to get my replacement and they told me I had to go home to file a claim thru assurant to get a new phone mailed to me. I recieved my phone today, just for them to tell me i cant activate my phone myself. I have to go back to the store to activate the new phone. I work 14 hours a day i already had issues getting time to go to the store yesterday and then to find out, i have to go back again is extremely inconvenient. If that was the case then why dont they give the replacement phones on the spot. The gentleman that was "assisting" me didn't even care at all. He was being extremely inconsiderate and didnt express any compassion and didnt care at all. Terrible customer service, i will be switching...

I felt like I was more friends with him than a customer. He gave us the best possible deal and told us exact payments of what we will be paying. We left the store with what we wanted and itās what we was hoping for. Thanks Keyon!
RE-EDIT: donāt come here, dude freaking lied to us. After that day our monthly bill kept changing, super expensive. Long story short I just finished canceling because what the guy told me was a lie. T-mobile customer service told us he was lying about any promotional deals and I just paid almost $700 just to pay off phones so I can leave. Donāt come here people please. T-Mobile isnāt...

I came once into the store to ask for a copy of one of my receipts and the guy who helped me and and the other worker in the store came over like if I was causing a problem when I asked for a simple thing. I came back because I needed help with a similar issue again and he say me standing there and the store was supposed to be open he stood there and saw me and still didnāt open the store even tho it was well past the time they were supposed to open. I understand that customers can be difficult but I didnāt ask him to do the impossible . He stared at me through the gate while heās on his phone with AirPods in when they store was supposed to be open...
