ALDI — Local services in Town of North Elba

My top choice in this area for grocery shopping because of their very low and reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and curtious. I would say the biggest complaint I have and why I am not giving them more then 3 stars is that they never have more then one or two lanes/registers open. Whenever I have to just run in quickly for just a few items I am waiting behind one or two people with cart-fulls of groceries, they should open up or create an express 10 items or less lane as I feel this would greatly improve how smoothly and efficiently customers are taken care of. Or at least open 3 or 4 lanes at one instead of the 1 or 2 I always see when I am there. But it is still my top choice for grocery shopping due to its low pricing and the staff are friendly...

Great store! Always so clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. They have a survey at the bottom of the receipt now where you can leave comments and suggestions and give shout outs to staff and they actually see them and take them into consideration according to staff and you have a chance to win a gift card just for doing it too so fill them out!! Lots of things we like here. But.. they need to stop switching dates on food. (Bread, cookies, grapes..) Too often we end up buying stale or rotten food with recent dates on it. "CopyCat" food products are usually pretty good. Good velveeta alternative, and that's a tough one to mimic! Tatoe Tot things often taste like slightly rotten potatoes. Don't use bad potatoes!
