Saranac Lake Plaza — Local services in Town of North Elba

This is the worst Dunkins I have ever been to, rude employees, untrained employees, it's very sad that the customer has to tell the workers how to do their job. Had a female employee follow us to the parking lot and proceed to tell and be very disgruntle. To top it off she had a cigarette in her mouth as she left the building, yelling obscenities at a customer is by far the most juvenile thing to do, especially with our child in the vehicle.
