Dollar Tree — Local services in Town of North Elba

This store is rarely open. Travel 22 miles over to this store only to find another note on the door saying it's closed for another reason. Either no staff, no air conditioning (open the door) or the most recent for about 5 days straight that I know of is a propane leak. Well if you have a propane leak, that will take less than a day to fix and air out. The excuses these lazy people come up with is pathetic. Why don't they just put a note saying NO STAFF, BECAUSE NO ONE WANTS TO WORK! The young man at the register was very nice today, but since Loni has not been the manager the place has a sloppy and somewhat dirty look. She always had it looking neat and spotless. Her customer service was epic, as well. 👍 whomever is the manager now def doesn't stress CS Or cleanliness and keeping the place orderly. It can be done. Loni did it with a huge smile and a aire of kindness. She would even walk you to the item that you were looking for. Excellent CS. The young man at the register is always friendly and helpful. He even tries to work out freight in between customers. There seems to be nobody else working. U-boats piled with freight in the aisles and no one around to work on it. I frequently see workers (management?) outside smoking. I shop here often enough to see who are the workers and who sits in the office doing who knows what. I do like the store but it looks like it’s very poorly run.
