We rented this venue for our daughter's sweet 16. Donna was great and very accommodating. Why the 3 stars and not 5? Bathrooms main line clogged and were unusable for almost half the time and the bartender with black hair had some personal issues going on and was horrible to deal with ( we've never seen anything like it). $10 for a pitcher of soda filled to the very top with ice everytime is not worth it when you're hosting 50+ people. We ran down to hannaford and grabbed 10 2 liter bottles for $1 each during the party to avoid dealing with the miserable bartender. No matter what the bartender had going on her personal issues should not have affected our daughter's sweet 16 party. The space itself, Donna and the second bartender were great but at the risk you need the bar or paid for the bar connected to the hall you rent to open and get the black haired girl I would not recommend it ( she was really that...

Booked a poetential wedding reception at this place applied a $200.00 deposit and received a receipt there was no written contract after finding that we were going to potentially over occupy said location with more than they could handle within local fire code regulations we called to cancel 4 months in advance due to the fact that we found a place that would completely handle the amount of guests we needed to entertain we were told we were not going to be refunded our deposit. We mailed a certified letter asking for our deposit back and no reply. I guess it's off to the New York Small Claims System to recover our deposit.
