Honestly really tired of this location. The staff always seems to have a poor attitude and treat you like you're too much of a bother for them to do their job. Always wait and wait without anyone saying we'll be right with you or anything of the sort. Stand there waiting to speak to someone in an office and they don't even acknowledge you. This is on MULTIPLE occasions along with other incidents of bad attitude or them making things more complicated than they need to be. Seems other than 1 or 2 regulars they also can't really keep staff.
Been with pioneer for my entire life, so at least 30 years and this location has been hit or miss....mostly miss. Must be why I've never seen the pioneer branch of the year trophy at this location. Other locations have much more pleasant employees who greet you upon entering or seconds after and ask how they can help you or at the very least check in to see what you need and make sure you're sitting or standing in the proper location for what you've come for before you sit there and waste a full 20 minutes and then get told they can't help you until the weekend is over because they're closing in over 35 minutes and they're too lazy to print a paper for you to sign.

Read moreTold my fiance that he had fees AFTER closing the account as well as using other banks... so making us pay fees they are responsible for while assuming we dont know how banks work. recomend going elsewhere. also charges fees on accounts without notifying the account holder.. im either closing my account or calling corperate at this point.....
