I sold him some of the my charms off my mother's charm bracelet, after a my friend suggested this jeweler, and said he was honest, and I needed the money. I believe I received a good value for the pieces. To my disappointment the next time I wore the bracelet, it didn't fit, it was to small. I went back and he knows nothing about the bracelet. He never bought the charms. Didn't know who I was. PLEASE TAKE A PICTURE OF YOUR JEWERLY BEFORE GOING INTO THE STORE. Or Please go somewhere else.... This man stole my mother's original bracelet which was monogrammed with VHD on the clasp and the new bracelet was close but I would have never noticed if it didn't fit and now I see the monogram missing and have no recourse. It was an 18k bracelet which was switched to a 10k right in front of my eyes ( well he took it in the back room for about 2 minutes and exchanged the the charms he didn't want to the new bracelet and returned a bracelet) NOW he doesn't' know who I am REALLY.
