Had my first pickup order experience here and let me tell you how fantastic it was! My shopper, Caitlyn, had a large order to pull for me today. I had to work this morning and just have too much going on but I needed to squeeze in a grocery trip in somehow. I shopped online last night and Caitlyn shopped for me today. She kept in communications with each item out of stock, giving me options to choose from instead of just skipping it like other stores do. She was polite, courteous, and just overall fantastic! This truly was a great experience and I wont be going anywhere else for my grocery pickup needs! She is a rockstar! Thank you for making it this so easy for me and for going above and beyond when other places/shoppers don’t. Grateful to this girl and I hope she gets to see this! Update: well, it was almost perfect! There was a missing bag of meat from my order. Took me a bit to figure out how to report it, but once I was in contact with cs, it went smoothly. Mistakes happen so I can’t complain and it was a large order. I wish there was a number for the store so I can just call and confirm my items were left there by mistake and go back and get them (Im a half an hour away so I’d rather call ahead) instead of doing the refund but at least the process was simple enough. By doing so they have created even more food instability in an area that was already struggling with that issue to begin with. This location is only really accessible with a car meaning multiple individuals and families with small children now struggle even harder than before to provide food for their households because of Aldis selfish changes. The only places left in town to get food are the gas stations and corner stores which overcharge for everything including basics like milk, eggs, and butter. Read moreI just picked up an order I placed on Instacart from this store. I had been in the spot for less than a minute and was on my phone trying to complete the check in process when the staff person started rudely and angrily waving at my window. I had my four small children in the car all of whom asked why that person was so mad at us. They put groceries in my car without a word, not even to acknowledge my apology or let me know they were finished. I know that there are very limited staff in stores in general but I would suggest they stick to a role that doesn’t involve interacting with customers. I plan to avoid this store at least for pick-up going forward based on this completely unnecessary rudeness and just generally unkind behavior. Just be kind- it is...
