Very helpful and friendly staff who stopped what she was doing to take us to where the item was we were looking for. Unfortunately they didn't have exactly what we wanted. However, we did see a couple items that caught our eyes. One was a mouse nutcracker that you could paint and decorate yourself... one was missing the nose so we decided it might not be good to buy for our granddaughter ...choking hazzard for her little brother possibly. We saw some other finished nutcrackers that caught our eyes... our son in law collects them...we started looking at them and discovered many with missing pieces, body parts falling off... again decided not to buy. I love this Michaels!!! I went in tonight to find stick on bows or flower stickers or something for my bridesmaid proposal boxes. I bought ribbon for my boxes before but completely failed at doing the bows for the boxes. I’m not very crafty at all. So I went in trying to find something when I was greeted by a very friendly worker and I explained my situation. Without a thought she taught me how to do a bow for my boxes. Not only that I told her man I really wished I brought my boxes in with me and she said you still can. So I rushed home got my boxes, went back and she taught me how to do the bows on the boxes and helped me do the bows on the boxes as well. They look so beautiful!! I love them so much!! I had only been to Michael's maybe once or twice ever in my life prior to my most recent visit. I went in with a goal to find supplies that would help me bring my Halloween costume together. Huge shout out to Jada ! Who helped me find the best options for me. She was very knowledgeable and even advised me to purchase clothing dye for synthetic clothing based off of the material my outfit had. The glue she suggested even worked great. She answered my 4 to 5 questions I asked and did it all with a smile. I loved that there was so many different options and that I could see my vision coming together just by walking throughout the store.
