I am not a Boost customer. My headphones broke while riding my bicycle. I absolutely did not want Bluetooth. The clerk listened, looked at the problem with the old headphones, & sold me a better quality (reputable name brand) set at a reasonable price. He also allowed me to bring the bike inside, as there was no place to lock it outside. The store was clean, the staff I dealt with efficient, &, despite what I've heard about such independently owned stores, no upsell pressure & a decent price for what I needed.
Update: The headphones I purchased stopped working within a week. The owner recognized me immediately, so he knew they were only a week old even before I reached for the receipt.
