This is a very good place in general but they have to work on better coaching staff. I used to go to the one in hempstead to order custom cakes because of their quality but for a couple of times they didn't made the design as the pic I gave them and besides the manager was very rude so I stopped going to hempstead and decided to give Westbury a try. The first time it was perfect, but last week I had a very bad experience. I ordered a custom cake and I asked them if they are able to make it and they said yes ( 3 times) when I went to pick up my cake I had to wait 1 hour "for the cake to be ready" the cake was supposed to be ready at 12 and it was ready around 1:15pm and they messed up the topping. their printer broke down or something so the image was all green and besides that they put a piece of PAPER falling down on my cake.... instead of Putting the paper on a base or something (you don't put not edible items on a cake) that can be dangerous and people can actually get food poison. so I Literally took my cake to another bakery so they can fix the topping. If you say you'll do something you'll have to do it. Do not offer something...

The beef empanada was a standout—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and paired beautifully with their house-made green and pink sauces. The cheese empanada had a nice flavor, but I felt it could be improved with either a bolder cheese choice or a touch more seasoning to make it truly shine. The chicken empanada was flavorful and tender, with just the right amount of filling to crust ratio.
Those sauces—especially the green sauce—were absolutely amazing and elevated every bite. The restaurant itself was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided quick service.
Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely return to try more of their menu. La Sevillana delivers on flavor and hospitality, and with a small tweak to the cheese empanada, it could be perfect...
Read moreLooking for a local place to grab a cup of coffee and something sweet and google gave me this nearby bakery! Went in and the employees were all welcoming and the place was clean! I ordered a coffee and a piece of cake with dulce de leche on top. The coffee was delicious and the cake was so fresh and delicious!! I am glad I stopped at this little place on my way home to QUEENS! I would definitely return when back in the area. The only recommendation I have is that the staff should prepare and serve the coffee for patrons. I put together two cups of coffee and the coffee is scalding hot, if it were to spill it would burn really bad. Especially because of COVID, the staff should handle the coffee instead of having patrons touching everything. Aside from this one thing, the coffee and cake slice was amazing and I would...
