i will give 0 star if google permits, but i had horrible experience with this shop. new clients be warned!

i had outdoor electric outlet, which i suspect was not working, so i had the guys stopped by to check out the outlet. it took them less than 15 minutes to confirm the outlet is working properly, but they try to charge me 400 dollars for this 15 minutes visit, and have forged my signature on the invoice, they don't even have the audacity to come talk to me and ask me to sign it.

the shop has since send me the invoice with the forged signature, i was shocked and emailed them back about this situation. instead of handling it, the shop called me one month later to confront me, harassing me about this payment and would not listen to me explaining the situation but keep telling me to stop talking.

this shop is ridiculous, rather than treating their customer with respect, they just want to yell out prices for services which i didn't...

There’s actually a life Electrician picked up the phone when I called Emergency service because my house went out of electricity tonight. The guy helped me out over the phone, no fast, highly confident and knows exactly what he’s talking about. He helped me get my lights on without even coming to the house! NO charge! This does not happen in this day and age, especially in New York!

I actually called two other highly rated Competitors with thousands of reviews But they only had dispatchers picking up the phone calls, and despite the fact that they Advertised as 24 /7 Service companies no electric electricians call me back and they put me in for next day service:(
