Absolutely worst customer service ever. 3 times I order sandwiches with soda and chips and 3x it has nkt been provided. U called the subway and they ere rude and even yelled at me over the phone thst om playing games. Mind u im paying for the items and 3rd time not receiving. Make sure u don't order here. Go to 1201 Jericho instead. At least the can take and pack an order. Employee dropped knife onto floor while cutting the bread for my sandwich. Picked it up and shoved it back into the bread. When I pointed this out and asked to start over, the employee denied it.

I walked out.

The NO COUPONS policy is plastered all over the store. If you use the Subway app or a delivery/pickup app, you can get around this.

Lone employee was on the phone when I walked in. There were customers in front of me waiting to order.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Do not give these people your money. Place is dirty, they have absolutely no customer service skills, and will carry on with their conversation despite you trying to place your order.
