Well I was changing out the thermal paste on my laptop, when i reassembled it, it wouldn't turn it. Dis and reassembled it like 6 times. Coudlnt figure out what on earth it could've been besides shorting something out, which seemed highly unlikely as i was careful and grounded. Finally gave up, and decided to call these guys based on there high reviews. My mom said to call for a price before anything, so i called and just opened asked "what is your policy for laptops". I explained what happened to the guy and he said if it's really just you putting it back together wrongly, it would be free. Honestly the word free made me highly suspicious, i mean free, whats free even to take a look these days. But having few choices and wanting to smash my head against the wall if I went to go fix it again, I brought it in right away to them after the call. The guy said he'd call me back within 24, tell me the problem and then ask if I want to fix it. Sounded alright with the "you'll call me before you do anything part" and even better with the 24 hours. I get a phone call 2, 3 hours later, saying they got it on and running. I went to pick it up later that day. Apparently the manager or owner was there at that point and he said he just came in, saw my laptop, heard the story. Said he just opened it all up, wiped away some of the termal paste and put it back together and it worked. Said he booted it and shut it down a dozen times and a test to make sure it was ok. He also said it was free, like the guy said it was over the phone. Mind blown lol. For a couple reasons. First to quickly pinpoint i put too much paste on. Guys who do this for a living, make youtube videos, and talk about computers all day on internet chat rooms didn't even suggest that could be a problem. This all happend in 1 days time. Brought it in at like 2, they called me at like 4 to tell me it was done, I coudln't pick it up till about 6 30 though. Lastly and best, although it was free, which it probably sounds like the thing im harping on, but it's the fact that these guys were honest. I woudln't mind if he charged me 50$ to screw in a screw i missed, but as long as he doesn't tell me I need a new 600$ mother board, and there gonna have to install it, and it's going to be parts and labor, when the only thing that is wrong is that one screw. Honesty is just something you can't put a price on. The manager said thats the reason they have so locations is because they keep it honest. Plus he did put in some time fixing it and doing all these test. I really tried my best to tip them, but they woudln't even take that. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST, DON'T HESITATE IF HONESTY IS THE THING YOUR WORRIED ABOUT. or even time fixing it, these guys are freaking fast and wonderful. They are not amateurs in the slightest. I think this is the first review im ever writing for anything (and I've gotten sick at a few resturants lol :D), but I really felt the need to do so, because this is probably about the best customer service experience...

Brough my computer for repairs, as I have done for some time. Expected the same level of professionalism and service. Received a nightmare of an experience.
Within a week or so, I called, they tell me my computer "was done two days ago." Yet, no one called to inform me. I went to pick it up, brought it home, STILL THE SAME ISSUE, on top of that the internet doesn't work.
Brought it back. ZERO COMMUNICATION FOR 3 WEEKS, unless I called. No one knows what's wrong, no one can tell me anything. Someone forgot to plug in the internet, now, they are waiting for parts, now the parts are on back order, now the parts are late, now they are about to receive the parts. Oh, the parts are defective. Oh, it's the same issue. Oh, now, it's not what they originally thought, oh, "we don't really do diagnostics - it only says that on the website." Oh, the manager is doing the diagnostic (for two weeks straight), oh, he will call you back. NO ONE CALLS BACK.
Went to pick up my computer, RYAN, the manager brings me a dead computer. Then, he gets a hissy fit when I am surprised, he presented me with a dead computer. Any normal person wants to check their computer to make sure it is in the same state when it was brought in.
I asked why it wasn’t charged, he gives me an attitude something about "it's a hazard to charge it overnight." I came at 1:30pm and then came back at 4pm. Really?? It should've been charged - it's a simple, expected task.
I cannot get in because the keyboard doesn't work. I politely ask if I could borrow an external keyboard. He LIES they don't have any, "only laptops in the back." Gives attitude again. I know for a fact they do - Frantz and another coworker told me that while they worked on my computer, they needed to use an external keyboard when my computer's keyboard stopped working.
Requested a receipt for the refund, "the machine doesn't print, you received an email, oh, it's waiting in the queue to be sent."
Still waiting for that email, Ryan. It's pretty funny, because when I was paying for the repairs a month earlier, I was asked how I wanted my receipt - and I said printed. RYAN IS a LIAR.
I have NEVER MET anyone more unaccommodating, more unprofessional, and rude, especially in a business that deals with people. I AM APPALLED AND DISAPPOINTED HOW THINGS TURNED OUT AND HOW I WAS TREATED. I will never be back. This review speaks for itself.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION - they are not what they used to be. Go to a different location where, I am sure you will be treated with professionalism, respect, kindness, and care. Jericho is nothing but a nightmare...
Read moreDon't bother with Google Pixel warranty repairs here...They must not pay well for warranty work as these guys will say anything to get out of it.
Took a new pixel 6 pro to them as the volume button popped out.(not the only one based on an online search) Called Google support who authorized a warranty repair. The confirmation email didn't have the exact words they wanted in it, so they wouldn't touch it. (Why would Google send an email authorizing a repair if I had to pay out of pocket for it???) Called Google again on the way home (they obviously didn't bother to call themselves), and they are sending a replacement phone to swap this one out.
Also took a pixel 4xl here 2 months ago for a battery change under an extended warranty repair program. This time the email approval was fine, but their computer correctly showed the phone out of warranty, so they wouldn't touch it (They didn't understand the concept of the extended warranty campaign kicking in after the original warranty expired)... Had to call Google back again (because again, why would the authorized repair facility try to call & help in any way?), and they sent a shipping kit with free overnight shipping both ways to me. Turnaround was only 4 days, and I thankfully had a back-up phone I could use.
Either way, save your time, and the aggravation for anything in warranty...Google support also said this company is disorganized, and doesn't have their act together....Maybe they are ok for out of pocket screen repairs, etc, but I tried them twice, lesson learned, I won't be back...
