If I could leave a 10 star review I would. I’ve known about heroic for a few years but always thought custom gear was out of my price range. Fast forward about 8 years, 3 pairs of Dainese full guard gloves, at least 3 pairs of various other gloves and a few races under my belt later to when I realized heroic sells not only custom gear, but off the shelf sizes also. Not to mention, they’re significantly cheaper than the Dainese’s. About a year ago when I started to really ramp up my racing and track day ideations, I realized my go-to Dainese gloves were really starting to hurt the knuckles on top of my hands. At this point I was tired of their fragility and realized that I needed to look elsewhere. That’s when I met a friend at the track wearing heroic gloves in a size 12. I tried them on and they felt amazing, if only just a tad snug. That’s when I decided to order a pair from Todd at heroic in a size 13 just to be safe. I ordered them on a Monday hoping I’d receive them in time for a race that weekend (no problem). Not long after the order I received a call from Todd asking to confirm my size and helping me make sure the 13 was the right choice. He is super genuine and I could tell he’s trying to do the best he can to make sure I’m happy which is a huge plus in my book. I didn’t need the support this time, but it was outstanding getting that personal touch. Todd and I spoke at around 5:30 that evening. The next morning, before 11:00AM, THE GLOVES WERE AT MY DOOR!!!!!! The amazement I had cannot be overstated!!! I ripped the packaging open like a kid on Christmas. The gloves looked amazing and fit even better than I could have expected. I wore them around the house a little before my first track day with them later in the week. That track day I felt like I was shaking hands with god every time I slid those puppies on. By the race on Sunday they were completely broken in and ready to rip. I haven’t had the need to test them in a crash yet, but I can already tell they’ll hold up better than my Dainese’s (which ripped at the cuff after 2 years not due to any sort of crash). Needless to say I’m hooked on heroic apparel and when it comes time for a new suit that’s where I’ll be headed. You can’t beat the quality of the material, the care in the manufacturing and the customer service provided. Thanks a lot heroic crew, you guys...

Purchased a custom jacket and gloves from Todd, and am blown away at the quality and craftsmanship of the Heroic product. Not only was the price incredibly fair, but the customer service exceeded all expectations. I’m a big guy(6’7/300lbs), and recently spent 2-3 hours of my life at the Dainese store to go through their “custom works” program to have leathers that fit my shape, only to pay an $800 deposit and have them call me 3 weeks later saying they CAN’T do it to my dimensions. Not Todd - he stated from the beginning that he could make whatever I wanted and tailor it exactly to my specifications. The guy is about as “can do” of a personality as it gets, and he measured me in about 15 minutes and a couple months later I have the end result that fits like an absolute glove and is 100% custom tailored. I have been searching for the jacket Todd made for me my entire riding career, and I came to accept I would never find it after the Custom Works experience, so I can’t put into words how happy these guys made me with this jacket. I will NEVER use the Dainese’s or Alpinestars of the industry ever again - Todd made not only an incredible jacket, but a Heroic...

I can't say enough about Todd McNabney from Heroic Racing Apparel. Todd was so accomodating letting me come to his shop on a saturday to try on some suits and make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. After trying on multiple sizes of multiple brands, Todd's Heroic Off the rack traxxion suit fit me like a freggin glove. 5'11'', 43" chest, 32 inch waist, with 23" quads I was amazed at how comfortable i felt in a brand new suit that wasn't even broken in yet.

Todd was also able to sew on some patches that I had brought with me right on the spot with exceptional craftsmanship.

I got to try on a pair of SP-R gloves, and was convinced that I had to switch from my Alpinestar GP Pros.

I can't say enough for how caring of a guy Todd is for his customers, and I can say without a doubt that I'll never buy from another company again....
