Classic To Modern Nails — Local services in Town of Ogden

I got my nails done 1 week ago for my birthday . They turned out nothing like how I wanted them to but I’m not the type to complain . I had told the lady my nails were super fragile from them breaking and to be gentle . She was so rough that after completing a nail , she filed so hard the entire nail popped off of my finger & she had to start from scratch . I got glitter ensculpted nails and she used some type of glitter glue then had me stick it in front of the fan to dry just to damn near burn my finger off because she put hot air on and it was heating up the glue so fast . I chose pink acrylic powder instead of polish and it turned out white and splotchy . Every idea I had in my head that I wanted and showed her pictures of she did not want to do and kept telling me “oh this would look better” because she was being lazy . I was already extremely unhappy and didn’t say anything but now after only a week they are already lifting right off fingers (4 in counting) !! I called to try to handle the problem and all they said was “I don’t believe you that’s your fault” even after I explained how terrible the service was and simply asked if they’d fix them...

Hanna did my nails for a wedding (French tip gel) & she did an amazing job, they looked wonderful. I went back a few weeks later to have the gel removed & I wanted just polish (not gel) but French tip. Her husband waited on me & started removing the gel, the grinder really hurt & felt like my nails were on fire. He used the grinder, or whatever it is called, so much that he took top layers of my nail off. My nails were always strong, now they are thin, bend & break easily. Four of my nails have since broke & I had to end up cutting all of them. He put on French tips & they practically covered half of my nail, a real mess. Hanna redid them but I think because she was in a hurry, she did not do a good job. I left the polish on for 2 days but they really did not look good so I ended up taking the polish off. I though I found the perfect place to have my nails done because the first time was so great but this should definitely not happen to someone's nails after only one time using gel. My nails are ruined...

I have been going to nail salons for the past 30 years and never in all of those visits have I ever seen a salon as dirty, unkept, messy as this one. I am so angry with myself that I did not leave right away, but I went with my sister and thought maybe they would do a good job with my manicure - well I was very, very wrong. It was the worst "manicure" I have ever received - the guy, who I don't think has ever done a manicure, spent 45 minutes on my cuticles spending 6-7 minutes on each of my fingers clipping skin. I was so irritated - he did not continue because as soon as the young lady was finished with my sister she came over to me and I told her to just forget the polish and filing and just put some clear nail polish on my fingers so I could get the heck out of there. Filthy, filthy, filthy place and so terrible messy. His hands were not clean either. Again, I am so angry with myself for not walking...
