About the only thing nice is the vast selection of hardware fasteners and specialty ones that they carry beets driving to a big box for them at time. So with that and everything has bar codes I take a photo of the bar code to make it simple for checking out! Today 7/2/22 I do just that go to check out and show the person at register what I have and the amount of each and the photo if the bar code “ just tell me what they are”. Is what I was told! You have 10,000 plus fasteners!!!! I said just scan the photo And then was told “ it’s easier if you just tell me” I have been raising photos of the bar codes for years, so I get charged the correct price and don’t have to waist 20 minutes till the correct prices is figured out. We were on Hold for Over Twenty-Three Minutes, at which time someone disconnected our call. So I called the store once again. Someone answered and I again asked about the item and they hung up. I called a third time, spoke to someone named "John", explained what happened and was told that they were probably out of the merchandise, anyway. Read moreNot happy with Secor. We spent a lot of money with them on new, high quality wall-to-wall carpeting for our living room, dining room, hallway and steps. The installer put the seam in the middle of the living room instead of between that room and the dining room, the seams are splitting and you can see them..The carpet is also buckling in a couple of spots. We've called several times and they do not respond or when they do all we get are excuses. The carpet is supposed to have a life-time warranty. They are fine as a hardware store, but I don't think I'd consider them for home...
