Verizon — Local services in Town of Ontario

I would strongly recommend purchasing your new Samsung Or Apple cellular phone and Verizon services from Santasia(San) At Russell cellular in Ontario, New York. She provided amazing customer service. She was very knowledgeable of the new Samsung cell phones and was able to guide me in picking out the best phone(Samsung S21 plus) to meet my needs. She was extremely patient and kind in answering all of my questions regarding my old phone (Samsung S4) And had the ability to transfer all of my information including contacts, emails, text messages and especially all of my pictures. She was very patient helping me set up the applications on the front page of my new cell phone and in helping me to set up the settings on my new phone. She patiently answered all of my questions on how to efficiently use my new phone. San's goal was to make sure that I had a great customer experience and I definitely did. I delayed purchasing a new cell phone the last several years because I was very nervous and embarrassed about understanding the technology of the new phones and did not want to lose any of my information especially the pictures from my old cell phone. San did such a great job in making my purchase of a new cell phone a great experience.

Prior to going to Russell cellular I originally went to the Verizon store in Eastview Mall in Victor, New York. The customer service representative that waited on me did not have a good working knowledge of the Samsung products as compared to my old cell phone and was not helpful in guiding me on what cell phone to purchase. He also wasn't confident that they would transfer all of the information from my old cell phone to a new cell phone. We thanked him for his time and walked out nervous about what to do next.

My friend Barbara recently told me that she had bought a new cellular phone from Russell Cellular in Ontario, New York and had an excellent experience. She gave me the telephone number and the names of Rhonda and Ethan that she worked with in getting her new phone. She said they were wonderful! I called Russell cellular near their closing time and talked with Ronda. I explained my situation in wanting to buy a new Samsung cell phone but needed help in picking out the right cell phone and making sure that all of my information transferred. Rhonda was very reassuring and immediately demonstrated her knowledge of the new Samsung cell phones and provided me assurance that they could transfer all of my information. Rhonda wasn't scheduled to work the next day so she helped to set up the appointment with San. It was the best decision that I made in going to Russell cellular in Ontario, New York even though it was a 40 minute drive versus a 10 minute drive to Eastview Mall in Victor, New York.

The experience that had in this store is by far the worst that I have ever had in a retail store. Starting with the trianee who got NO help from the other staff members, and clearly didn't have answers to my questions. ending with a phone case that I paid for when I purchased my phone, that they did not have in stock. They ordered it, and five days later told that it did not come in yet. Then I received a call saying that it was in. I went to the store to pick it up, and was told that my trainee sales person had quit. They had my case and told me that I had to pay for it. After 30 minutes of the new salesperson talking on her phone with her " Boss", it still was undecided weather she could give me the case or not. At one point she told me that she was getting nervous, and that I should come back the next day. I told her no, that she should look in the records for the sale. She told me that she had to close up, and finally gave me my case. She was rude, disrespectful, and highly incompetent. Anyone who shops at this Verizon store is in for...

I cannot say enough good things about Camron and Dylan! My old phone died and i had to order a new phone online with the pickup at store option. What should have been a routine pick up turned into a nightmare. I spent over 10 hours on the phone with Verizon to try to fix the problem to no avail. I am so thankful to Dylan for calling Verizon on my behalf to try to get this resolved. He went above and beyond his duty to help me get my phone. Unfortunately, we couldn't resolve the issue, and I had to cancel the order and come back the next day. Camron was working that morning, and he was so helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products, the process, and what needed to be done to fix my problem.
