Out of all the Tops I have been to This by far has been the best one.. Just starting off starting off they have better carts than any other 1 that I have been to.. They don't rattle and shake and They also have a place for you to put your phone so that you may scan items or just having to be able to easily access it while shopping. The isles were all clean and the produce looked fresh and not wilted and old like a lot of the other ones I have been to. Even the bathroom was a lot cleaner at this location. The only thing that I think was a let down was the deli closing early for the day. I think they should put up a sigh or something to let people know. I came in and walked around and did not see anyone there. I had to then find another employee for them to tell me that they were gone for the day..

OMG, This Tops is fantastic! It has everything you can imagine for your shopping needs and then some! The variety of food is amazing. I don't think I've ever seen a Grocery Store that is this clean! Even the shelves look like their being cleaned. Kudos to the staff for keeping everything in order.. And the carts ride like their Cadillacs, making shopping easier. I love this place!

OMG, This Tops is fantastic! It has everything you can imagine for your shopping needs and then some! The variety of food is amazing. I don't think I've ever seen a Grocery Store that is this clean! Tops never stops! Found everything I needed pricing is just about the same as it is everywhere else vegetables and fruits were nice and fresh the deli which is been remodeled is fabulous now bake shop is good and the meat department was stocked completely and the cashiers were very pleasant

Access 413-92-2 High prices, hard to find items, due to moving items to different sections. Even some of the employees don't know where to find things. Shelves are not keep full. Many times i have had to ask if they were out & they go in back & bring items to restock shelves, or they say they can't find it. Never a problem at the pharmacy. Always cheerful & helpful. They go out of. their way to help. The last cashier i went to was indifferent, never smiles, acted like she hated being there. It was not just a one time event. She's always that way. Terrible attitude. The WORST cashier in that store. A little competition would be great. Tops would have to improve. The new manager Is great. He gets things done asap & is very accommodating, & doesn't mind "Pitching in"...

Is too expensive to shop there any more. quality of meat has dropped. Your service has also gotten worse. Especially your management staff. I had a concern that was not taking care of properly By the manager of the store. That person told me basically that I was lying about the problem that I was trying to bring up to them. That was very unprofessional. That person should not be working for your company. I have been going to that store for a lot of years I have never been treated like that person...
