I don’t normally leave any bad reviews but I had to on this one. I do t live in the area so I relied on the reviews before coming to sisi nails. I walked in and there was one other customer. I was geared and asked what I wanted done. I was minimally going to do a manicure and pedicure but after seeing the place I only sat for a gel manicure that I really needed. The table was not cleaned from the last customer before I sat down. Still I stayed, they removed my old gel polish fully with the file machine without having it soak as I’m used to. My skin got cut while that was done. Then my nails were filed squared as asked, but all the corners were left extremely pointy( these are my natural nails) I asked for them to be fixed, which they were barely. I just left it alone at that point. Now my breaking point was really that my nails are completely breaking apart!!!!!!! The gel in still intact but my nails are literally breaking under this polish. I would not recommend this place not even for the price it cost to get my nails done. My nails are in shreds. Would not give it 1...

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like people should be warned about this place. I came in for a simple gel manicure, and not only was the quality of the work below average, messy polish, uneven filing, and my cuticles were left looking worse than before; but the staff was incredibly disrespectful. When I was hesitant to pay extra for a gel pedicure as opposed to a regular pedicure, one of the workers actually said to me, “What, do you not have money or something?” I was shocked. That kind of comment is completely uncalled for and honestly humiliating. It’s not about the money, it’s about treating your customers with basic respect. I recently moved to Pearl River 6 months ago and the first thing I looked for was a new nail salon. I have been to many nail salons in all boroughs of NY, but Sisi Nails is the best by far. Every 2 weeks, when I come in for a fresh gel manicure and pedicure, I am greeted by the smile and warm welcome from Sisi, Lisa and Paul. Lisa does an excellent job on my gel manicure. It is neat and clean and furthermore surpasses all of my expectations. Paul does my gel pedicure and he is excellent and is always aware of the fact that my cuticles are sensitive. My time at Sisi Nails is filled with laughter, pristine service, with a background of refreshing country music. Sisi, Lisa and Paul create a vibe and service that is unforgettable.
