My 7 year old son starts school TOMORROW. I knew he was due for a dental visit but its usually such a horrific experience, and i did NOT know its actually required for school. Just to make it extra fun, i'm also 100% deaf and you'd be surprised what a simple task like calling up a new dr and scheduling an appointment could be. Then when you get most places, they treat you weird like they didnt really believe me when I told them i was deaf lol. Anyway, needless to say, these scenarios give me anxiety and Pearl River Family Dentistry could NOT have made it any easier or more pleasant. Every person in the office was wonderful and went above their jobs. From scheduling the best appointment to getting feedback on my son's exam, they were soooo unbelievably accommodating! I didnt have to calm down my son or ANYTHING. I am so happy this all happened so we foind our new, permanent...

He is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is kind caring and always thinks of the patient's concerns . They make you feel comfortable and at ease. I have never liked going to dentist but now I feel fine stepping into that place. Everyone is so helpful and sweet. They guide you every step of the way. You never have to wait long. I am from Manhattan yet I will go all the way there to get work done on my teeth. The whole team is so kind. The doc is outstanding. I HAVE SEEN SEVERAL DENTISTS IN MY LIFE. DR. SHIFTEH SEEMS TO BE THE BEST . I SAW HIM 8 MONTHS AGO AND MY SON SAW HIM RECENTLY. HE IS TRUSTWORTHY, VERY RELIABLE ,VERY HONEST, VERY GOOD HUMAN BEING, EASY TO TALK TO AND HAS LOT OF PATIENCE. HE MAKES YOU VERY COMFORTABLE ABOUT ASKING QUESTIONS. HE HAS VERY GOOD DIAGNOSTIC ABILITIES. HIS RATES ARE MOST REASONABLE. ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS ARE GREAT . THEY ALSO MAKE YOU VERY COMFORTABLE AND WELCOME. OFFICE CLEANLINESS IS GREAT.
