Pathetic customer service,there was this new girl assisting me,I wanted to pay my bill,there were different plans i asked her abt that and she had no idea,there were 2 guy workers sitting and were discussing something she asked him what is this plan sir and he said different plans,really ?? I know different plans i wanted to know the data details,i siad leave it i want to pay the bill,she asked me to show her my id,i asked why id ? she said we need it because we are entering ur account i said I never had to use my id to pay the bill she asked me in a mean way DO YOU WANT TO PAY UR BILL OR NOT,i was shocked i said yes i want to pay my bill she said then show me ur id!!!after that she selected wrong options i asked the guy can someone else assist me and he didn't bother then she was trying to have me pay my bill and it was not taking my apple pay,I tried 5 times then i asked him again can u help me and he said use ur card ,i asked y its not taking my apple pay and he got irritated and replied in a disrespectful way that i don't know ,if u know nothing then y r u here,if u cant help a customer y r u here??? My apple pay has never had this issue and i said im not carrying my card because i always use my phone for apple pay he said I can't do anything abt it and i said ok thankyou for the services and left the place without paying my bill,y would i keep a service provider that can't provide me services, i will get other number from other service provider I can't go to the store everyday trying i might get good service today ,disappointing...

I was discriminated by Jason ( assistant manager, allegedly ) , he was standing over me and hovering me while I speaking to customer service . I felt extremely uncomfortable. He kept walking around with the phone I purchased for pickup like I was going to steal . I spoke to two different customer services rep via phone for over a hour , while the associates in the store didn't do much.
The worst customer service ever dealing with Jason . He was very shady , he couldn't help me solve any problems . He did not want to call the help desk or star aid. Jason, lied and said he called the district manager but couldn't speak in front of me . Over an hour in the store and he did not want to give me my phone that I paid for and also he couldn't canceled the order .
Jason is extremely shady , and I wouldn't trust him with any sensitive information .He kept asking for my passcode and walking away and speaking to people on the phone . I'm not sure if he was giving my info out to other people. ( view photos )
Silvia was rude , and listening to music and texting not very helpful at all . She made some smart rude remarks and walked away .

Read moreWish i could leave 0 stars! I have been an AT&T customer for over 15 yrs and this was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was sold a new phone and direct tv installation and promised rewards i never received. After numerous calls and texts going back almost a year with the store manager RJ Broege (who also happen to be the person who initially offered me the incentives) I was told today when i went there in person that theres nothing he can do to help me get the promised rebates/promotions. To add insult to injury his advice to me was to cancel my service. This store manager was not only misleading and completely useless but arrogant with no regard to the company he represents. This guy wearing a manager badge and having any type of professional authority over the store or other workers is mind blowing!!
