Bagel & Deli Creations — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

This is suppose to be a business you don’t come from the back because you are ear hustling and can hear the customer asking for something back. Instead she rudely come from the kitchen door saying don’t yell at her father . This is a business number 1 .. secondly I was not yelling at the man I asked him 5 times to hand me back my food politely and then instead of handing me back my food after he got my order wrong and did not give me what I asked for. I politely said never mind it’s ok I dont want it and asked him to hand me my food back instead he opens up my food that is closed about to touch my food with his bare hands and says he will add the item on trying to ring me back up but I said no it’s ok asked him to hand me my food please a second time . He does not I say sir all I’m asking is for you to hand me back my food now . He acted like he could not comprehend . So I said it slower and loud enough for him to hear me I said can you please just hand me back the food and then again sir all I’m asking is for you to hand me back my food and I reached over to get it because it seemed like he still wasn’t comprehending and then this disresoectul unprofessional woman that use to have red hair but now has black hair comes out saying what’s going on and I’m trying to explain to her I just want my food back and she gets unprofessional saying well don’t yell at him . I was not yelling at him and she cuts me off to say well it’s my father and I don’t care don’t yell at him trying to cause a scene and altercation. first most if they can’t handle a situation professionally whether or not it’s family ran they should not have the store working there .. secondly it’s plenty of family owned business and they know how to handle a situation . She came out ghetto and trashy and completely unprofessional.. I use to order from there all the time but with that disrespect and unprofessionalism I will not I will go to another location . There location needs to be shut down. Oh btw to the customer I read review after I posted but decided to edit it and add this last not . Her hair is no longer red it is black and she is absolutely rude and unprofessional as I stated the first time I’m British I think I know rude unprofessional people when I come across them and people wonder why the English don’t like Americans . Rude ghetto ignorant and disrespectful and unprofessional that’s why.. Lastly I don’t not want a response from a store I don’t want a bagel I don’t want remade food stop trying to buy customers with the b.s because you are unprofessional and not sanitary .. I don’t want anything but this place reported and shut down .. and don’t have your friends trying post pretending they were ther in the store or put a fake review up to keep your stars afloat .. they have way to many bad stars and way to many customers been coming at this location saying the same thing it’s not coincidental. The place needs to be shut down . And no I’m not coming back like 90% of the people who wrote similar reviews stating the have a problem with the same disrespectful woman .. this business and location will be reported by me and I hope other people that read this and have a similar experience to me and other previous customers will start reporting this location a review is for business owners and that’s not going to help because the business owner is the one mishandling food . The entire staff needs to be reported .. to not only the health department but Human Resources .. so anyone that feels the need to give them a bad review follow behind with reporting them that’s the only way things will change and have to deal with the...

• WORSE STAFF EVER!* If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have order bagels here before and everytime I ask for a bacon egg and cheese. I would always order the bacon to be well done and it would practically be raw, to the point where i had to cook the bacon they gave me at home. I order something simple this time, a plain bagel with cream cheese. I was given the wrong order again. I drove over there upset and told them about my current order and my past orders in a firm tone. The worse part was the owner made the order! I told him how this was my last time coming and the girl behind the register laughed. When I told her I didn't think this was funny. She got LOUD AND NASTY WITH ME! She yelled at me and actually threaten my life.The other staff member told me I was wrong and that they always get my order right! I said " how are you going to tell me my orders are right!? Im the one eating the food". A customer got involved trying to defend the bagel shop without knowing my past history with the shop. The owner got mad because I told him I wouldn't come back in front of other customers then held on to the bagels he remade for me so he could try to shame me for how I felt before actually giving me the bagels to leave. The bagels are over priced and I should have just asked for my 10 dollars back. He gave me two bagels but after the horror I seen from him and his staff I was to upset to eat. Ordered lunch today, and I didn’t realize my sandwich was made wrong. I ordered a turkey time, which was a turkey cold cut with turkey bacon, lettuce, tomato and even asked for avocado, which is EXTRA. I called to tell them so they can make a new sandwich because there was no turkey cold cut and no avocado on it, and they told me to bring in the sandwich. So I brought in the sandwich. The 2 lady’s behind the counter, including Kristina took the sandwich and looked at it. They whispered and told me that they will just put turkey on this side because I ate the other side. I said I would pay for half the sandwich and she said “Ryan will have to deal with it then” they proceeded to “make the sandwich”. I understand they didn’t want to remake it, but the lady who grabbed my sandwich literally didn’t change her gloves nothing. Touch counters, register, everyone else’s food and proceeded to touch the sandwich and make it. So then when she went over to Kristina and said she didn’t want to make it, she said “she wants to be petty I’ll be petty” and then continued to raise her voice and laugh, that’s when I had it. I walked out and when the Spanish man whos behind the counter said I’m making your sandwich I told them to keep their sandwich and walked out.
