Lenox Hill Radiology | Massapequa — Local services in Town of Oyster Bay

Although I have been coming here for years, I thinking of switching Zwanger-Perisi. I had some test done a week ago and my doctor did not receive the results. I tried calling Lenox Hill Radiology and was on hold for 30 minutes each time and then had to be transferred to the appropriate party. A week later, my test had still NOT been diagnosed by the radiologist. That is totally unacceptable. The patient portal is very difficult to navigate and not worth the trouble anymore. I went to Zwanger-Pesiri the same day for one other test and my results were on their patient portal within two hours. The patient portal as Zwanger was so easy to navigate and everything was seamless there. I just left this facility after having a CT scan taken. From the ladies at the front counter, to the lady that administrated the test, to the office manager that was looking to expedite the results to my surgeon in the city...every single person I interacted with was an absolute pleasure. The people "upfront" were very courteous and pleasant. The manager went out of his way to assist me , and the lady that performed the scan could not have been more caring and professional. She was concerned with every detail and aspect to look to make me as comfortable as possible. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. I did have a long wait to see the bone density scanner. My regular Dr. never sent the script to Lenox Hill. I called Lenox Hill 3 times to make sure that they got the script, but I never got through to a person! When I got there, they had to call my Dr. for the script. The bathroom was not super clean as most Dr. offices are. There was a TV in the waiting room that explained their other services. I would have much preferred if they had all their services printed out so that I could look them over. Being the wait was long, I would have liked to see something else on the TV.
