9/20/23 update They cut corners, don't use fresh garlic nor have some quality, standard, vegetables or dishes and the kitchen is lazy. We visited today and there was a man that was at the front. He was arrogant, nasty and barefoot which is against all healthcodes! OK, so this is my first time here because I googled the best Chinese and eastern Nassau so I decided to come here and lo and behold. I ordered a beef egg foo young large vegetable fried rice two pan, fried dumplings, three spring rolls and an order of general tso chicken. Red Chop sticks in my new favorite Chinese takeout! The egg-rolls and wantons were unique in that the dough tasted of egg. Like they were freshly made. Wantons were much larger than other places and filled with a lot of meat. The entrees we ordered Spicy Chicken and Garlic Chicken combo platters were great too. They made them with more spicy for us.
