Most of us take the time to post bad reviews of places and experiences we didn't like, but we don't always post reviews about what we did like. The fact that this business has a vastly positive rating should TIP you off about how amazing it is. From the first phone call with Mike, the owner, I could tell right from the BREAK that he was honest, caring, and professional, and visiting the store a few days later resulted in a pleasant, relaxed time of KICKING around ides, being SCHOOLED (kindly) and having all of my options well explained and all of my questions answered in as great of detail as I needed and wanted. I was RACKING my brain trying to think of more questions, but his focus was on RAILS and he thought of everything. At no time was Mike high pressure and I never felt like he was trying to sell me a BRIDGE, being HUSTLED, or on the HOOK for anything. He even asked about my kids playing and thoughtfully suggested a shorter CUE for my 10 year old daughter. He didn't speak to me like a salesman. He spoke with me like a friend that you take along with you to talk to a salesman. I placed my order on a new TABLE and deluxe kit that day, and amazingly, the install was in the CUE for less than a week later as our table choice was in stock. We chose a beautiful TOURNAMENT level table that matched our decor and didn't BREAK the BANK.

The install went without a hitch. Chris and his team worked efficiently, and still paid great care and respect for our home. He patiently took the time to ensure that the placement was optimal, and gave some advice on use, care, and even better lighting that I could take care of later on. Chris also endured some of my questions and never made me feel like I was taking up his time, even though I know I was. While the entire amount was not cheap, it was still reasonable considering that we received top level of products, materials, accessories, and installation, and we're completely happy with our purchase. My family has been using the table (for pool as well as ping pong) nearly every single night, and you just can't put a price on wholesome fun that the family can share in together. My Fiance and I stopped in to Regal Billiards in May to look into purchasing a pool table. We met with Mike and he was so helpful. He gave us a grid so we can determine if the table would fit in our basement. We went home and measured and came back the next day to order it. Due to COVID, the tables were taking a little longer to come in which is fine since we were in no rush for it. We were figuring on end of August for delivery. We were thrilled when Mike reached out beginning of August to say our table is in. We scheduled our delivery and the installers were here on time and so professional with putting the table together. They were awesome. Our biggest problem was determining which color cloth to get for the table.......LOL. We went with red and the table looks amazing. If you are thinking about getting a pool table or just want some basic questions answered, I would highly recommend Mike and Regal Billiards. Since February we've been considering the purchase of a pool table. However, like everything else, life gets in the way so we never pursued it. Then....with a free weekend we went to regal billiards. Walked in and met Mike. Told him what we had in mind and he went to work. Mike provided us with all kinds of information and options. Gave his professional input to help guide us alone. Just a great experience. He didn't try to make a sale but showed us our options...new table or used table....which he had plenty. We purchased a used table that Saturday. We picked felt color and other options. On Tuesday Mike's team arrived with our purchase and went to work. The table looked brand new out of the box. The team was pleasant, professional, and loaded with the best ideas for placement of our table. 2 hrs later, we had our new table and were shooten pool. Regal was great!
