Lidl — Local services in Town of Pelham

This place was great when it first opened. I went in today and it was a chaotic atmosphere. Only self check outs were opened. I scanned my rewards QR code which said $10 off with the purchase of $20. I spent over $50 and did not get the discount. I asked 2 workers and they couldn't figure it out. One called the manager and said to just call the helpline. The manager never even came out to even try to explain. I was a manager for 32 years and when there was an issue, I'd find a way to make sure the costumer walked out happy. When I noticed a Lidl was going to open I was immediately concerned it will go downhill fast like most Aldi's and I was right. They did so well in the beginning but now the shelves are barely stocked and the floor is dirty. Produce expired and don't let me start with the absolutely disgusting restrooms.
