Rainbow Shops — Local services in Town of Pelham

This is the worst store I have ever walked into. First the racks are so close together you literally have 5 inches to get by. Second once I was ready to try everything on they tell me the fitting room is closed and is now a stock room. When I mention I wasn’t local and would like to at least try them on the manager literally laughed in my face and told me no but you have 7 days to return them. The manager was so rude! Then when I questioned how does she expect to make sales if customers can’t try on the clothing? She looked at me like I was the idiot and said again you have 7 days to return them. You are looking at me like I’m the idiot when this is the only store that won’t allow you to try on clothes before purchases. Manager is so rude! Aisles are so cramped and no room to move this store should be shut down. Would never go back again! Would give 0...

Honestly this store is always clean and well organized but its frustrating googling what time the store closes to be told my employees they close half an hour earlier than posted online. I got here at 7:40 on the dot thinking i had at least 10 minutes to find something and checkout before it hit 8pm only to find the doors locked. There were like 4-5 customers in the store. And i dont want to be a b** and complain and make them open the door because now theyre grilling me as i shop. How is the customer supposed to know ? I dont care if they close early but have it posted so people arent wasting their time and gas driving there. There isnt other stores like this in that “mall”. At least please post your hours on the door so people arent arguing with the employees...

First of all, I love how everything is organized. But this lady, I don't know if she is the Manager or who she is, she has glasses, she speaks badly to people with attitudes and makes disgusting comments like she works and they take away her taxes to give to the poor people in the government and that with their taxes they maintain, what a shame to be a human being speaking like that; No one cares what she says. People are there to buy clothes not to hear does comments. If you don't like your job, don't work there just for the $. I've seen her talking to people a couple of times and yelling.
