The issue is; my wife got me as a Christmas gift, one of the monthly memberships that you are allowed to cancel any time- no commitment. In Feb 2020 I decided to cancel, the girl wrote in the binder and gave me the cancellation slip. Ok, cool. Said my last day I can come was Feb 28th..March rolls around, we get charged again. We call and cancel again, I said I have the slip etc. So we're cancelled. Now they close in late march due to COVID, things are opening up again and they charge my wife AGAIN, right now in June. I'm not sure how or why this can happen. This is the kind of annoying thing people do not want when giving their bank account to a business. It's unsettling and an annoyance to deal with and call back, and let's see if the 19 year old girl up front can figure out how to cancel me correctly type of thing. I would rather have an employee be rude to me than to have random charges to deal with for who knows how long. If you're someone that is a stickler with your money, I do not recommend this place, not sure how these errors still happen after hundreds or thousands of people cancelling and signing up over the years, you'd think it would be a simple...

There's music playing so it's no longer creepily quiet if you're the only customer there, the girls are friendlier and chatty, bulbs were replaced in all of the beds, and each time I've gone (which is a lot more than I was before) the beds have been fully cleaned. It's much noticed and appreciated!
