I have only the highest praise for Ryan at the Fairport location of Net 360. It was basically time for a new laptop and I was dreading the process of transitioning to a new computer because technology is not my domain. My brother recommended going to a small computer shop rather than a large retail store. From my very first visit, Ryan was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and generous with his time. He listened to my concerns and made suggestions that addressed my needs perfectly. During the several days that it took me to settle on just the right laptop, Ryan was always available by phone and was happy to think through the options with me. When I brought both computers (old and new) in for the transfer of data, he got the job done within a matter of hours so I was not without a computer for more than a day. The next day after I received my computer, Ryan spent a generous amount of time with me on the phone, problem solving a few final details. Read moreNet360 was recommended by a friend several years ago. My macbook pro was a mess, and normally I can fix things but at that time I just gave up. I needed to upgrade the operating system but couldn't due to drive and age. Net360 fixed everything, installed new drives, and all was fine - no lost files etc. etc. I was very pleased and cost was very reasonable. Recently I was having problems with my laptop rebooting when I closed the cover, not able to connect to my wfi - and so I took the laptop back to Net360. Sam immediately found that the back of my laptop looked separated from the body/broke. Yes, the laptop had slipped when I was putting it down on the floor but I didn't know that happened. They kept it for a day and went through everything. Apparently I damaged the motherboard. Shop could not access wifi at all. Sam made suggestions and showed me a couple used laptops, but I wanted to wait until I could afford a new one to replace this 9 year old laptop. A suggested workaround, using a wifi adaptor in usb port fixed my wifi problem (for now). It's been months now since I took it in and so far all is fine! I would not go to anyone else except Net360. John Frank a highly talented associate of Steve Carini, was assigned my task of retrieving all data and incorporating it identical to the way it was on the HP.
Very high level of service and stayed at the reasonable quote.In fact John called me 3 hours after I left and said it was done and he was successful.
