Friendly helpful staff. They have many different donated items that are being sold. If you need a tool to use for one job and don't want to pay a lot of money for it (to sit in your toolbox) - they may have it for a few dollars. The inexpensive cost of everything they have on hand justified the drive to Fairport for me! Nothing is kept as 'stock' item. So if you see something you like, you should probably buy it. It may not be there after the next customer in line.
They accept donations and will even arrange to pick up large items (table saw, etc). They also have cabinet knobs, pulls, hinges, and other hardware. They don't have gas powered items, paints, liquids...

Also, the proceeds help seniors stay in their homes!! It is all volunteer run by a local church ministry and many of the volunteers are seasoned, retired engineers and craftsmen who are super friendly and - THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!! I have to limit my visits because for me, it's like being a kid in a candy store. BTW, the prices are great. Go here first before a big box store!! If they don't have what you need (barring tools with gas engines or that need batteries), then you're too picky. They have a wall of furniture handles and hinges. They have every kind of fastener you need.
