ZERO STARS! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had used F&F Flowers multiple times in the past. The man knew who I was when I called and knew the house to deliver to. On my most recent order I was incredibly disappointed and completely insulted. I had called to make sure the full order was delivered to my very deserving mother-in-law for her retirement but the owner, Charlotte, immediately got very defensive and aggressive. The flowers were for a retirement gift so we thought it would be nice to include a bottle of champagne. The man who took our order on the phone said it was no problem, he would deliver both. I was charged $73; $30 for the bouquet, $30 for the bubbley, then the rest for delivery. My MIL sent us a photo of the flowers and thanked us but she said nothing about the champagne surprise so we called F&F to see if it had been forgotten. Charlotte, the owner, scolded us that it was illegal,that she had no idea what was going on, she got incredibly aggressive, rude and mean. All we wanted was to see what had happened. That's all. She then very angrily threatened to go back to my MIL, TAKE BACK the flowers and send her a smaller bouquet. (She claimed they sent a $60 bouquet. Judging by the photo and by what I have ordered in the past from this shop it is clear that that was NOT a $60 bouquet.) NOBODY wants to get their flowers taken away!! This customer service was BAFFLING, inappropriate, and shocking. We just wanted to check in. My MIL was happy with the small bouquet, but I feel like we got completely ripped off and that as paying customers we were treated like complete crap. Not to mention she ended the conversation by trashing another local florist, then...

I'm an assistant coach, and I always line up our flowers for our senior game through F&F. They're always so friendly and accommodating to our budget, time frame, and special requests. Recently, I bought flowers for my grandparents' 50th anniversary and when I told them what it was for, they threw in a couple extra flowers, no charge. I'll be using them for my 2016 wedding and have no doubt from all my great experiences that they'll be punctual, fairly priced, and that the decor will be high quality...

I ordered a beautfil bouquet of flowers for the passing of my great-aunt. It was delivered quickly and the picture of it doesn't do it justice. Ot is even more beautiful in person and the love was felt. Thank you Fresh & Fancy. My family and I will always be able to treasure the memory of my great aunt each and everytime the wind blows. It will feel as she is letting us lnow she is here with us. Thank you for such a beautiful masterpiece of flowers...
