SO DISAPPOINTED! I use to order almost every other night (fairly quick, food good & one employee a slender lady who was there almost every night who was AMAZING & FRIENDLY)! I never felt inconvenienced even if there was a long wait because SHE was ALWAYS AMAZING! Went today for the first time since the remodeling....I NEVER WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH THEM AGAIN! The young female who was in there "literally" ignored me and looked past me when she saw i was having difficulty with their "new" kiosk & I became frustrated enough with it that I 'politely' said "Excuse me miss....When you have a minute would you mind helping me?" I thought she didn't hear me so I said it once again (still politely) and she looked up towards me and looked back away! Mind you there was only one customer in the lobby whose calzone she was making and he felt so bad that he came over to ask me if he could help. He'd ordered online and was a little caught up with the kiosk too but this CUSTOMER was so friendly and saw this happen and I said jokingly to him "Maybe they're not allowed to communicate now with us?" I struggled through getting my order in the kiosk where I was without option of declining also charged a 10% tip after the taxes and a extra sauce charge. The young woman didn't acknowledge me once.. I took my receipt and went outside to sit in my car even though their were no other customer's inside because I felt uncomfortable at this point. I waited until the time on my receipt said and went back in and she slid my bag across the counter and dryly said have a good day and walked away. As I was walking to my car I stopped to look and saw the blue cheese wasn't in the bag so I went back in... she saw me and walked up to the counter and I said they must've missed my blue cheese. She looked at my receipt, walked away, got the cup, came back and slid it across the counter and turned and walked away. No one moment, no my apologies, no nothing! To think that this couldn't get worse i got home opened my box and it's not even the right type of calzone "which is clearly marked on the receipt" I literally threw it out because it wasn't one that I could eat and I DARE NOT GO BACK AND ATTEMPT TO "SPEAK OR HAVE INTERACTION" TO COMMUNICATE A MISTAKE WHICH I DIDN'T MAKE, BUT COST ME $15 & MY OPINION OF THEIR BUSINESS! THEY HAVE GONE WAAAAAAAAAAY DOWNHILL! They need to beg the slender friendly hardworking lady they had before the remodeling to come back, PAY HER MORE & HAVE HER TRAIN BECAUSE THEIR FOOD IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! Read moreNot sure what happened to this place. Used to get calzones there all the time and they were decent. Last night we waited over two hours for a delivery. If I had been told the wait was that long, I would have found someone who could have run out for me to pick up or ordered elsewhere. When I called them after an hour and 45 minutes, they told me it had already been delivered. But I was paying cash- so there was no way. They then called me back and said the person would be there in ten minutes. It was longer than that, but I don’t blame the delivery person - they said there was ONE of them working. Just would have been nice to know the ACTUAL wait time- giving me the opportunity to order elsewhere. They were ice cold in smashed boxes when they arrived, which made the dough like hard cardboard and inedible. Inside my calzone, there were parts of the meat that were completely plain and parts that did have sauce on them. I couldn’t even mix the sauce around because of the cardboard dough on the outside. It was absolutely the worst and went right in the trash. $50 worth of calzones. Don’t get me wrong- I’m not expecting gourmet food. I placed an order at 11:30pm, the estimated arrival was 1:02am. 1:30am rolls around and i still dont have my food, so i called to get an ETA on the driver, and after THREE call attemps i finally got ahold of them. I was told that theyre short staffed because of call-offs and that my food will be delivered as soon as possible. Ok thank you I understand, things get backed up. Well its now 2:10am. and i STILL do not have my food. Theyre not picking up their phone because they closed at 2. I finally got my food at 2:30am . I didnt get a Sorry from the driver. Instead she said "I forgot your drink, ill have to go back and get it but i dont know when thatll be i have other orders to take care of" . I waited THREE HOURS my food is cold and they forgot my drink! all in all i paid $36 to wait three hours for a cold calzone, and wait even longer for my drink with not even an apology. Wonder if i'll take an additional 3 hours to get my drink.. I cant stress enough how absurd this is.
