Goldsworthy Alterations & Design were so great to work with, insanely easy to talk to, and very down to earth- which really made the whole experience way more comfortable than I expected having never had alterations before! For lack of better descriptors my dress was IMPRESSIVELY layered and poofy (and I'm sure nothing short of a challenge since I'm a rather short human), but Chelsea was so sweet and handled everything so well!! Worst place EVER!!! First off she makes you sign a waiver, DO NOT SIGN IT.... this is her way of doing a very terrible and unprofessional job and getting away with it! She didn't fit to my request the first time, swears she did it a second time and the dress still was too big!! She waited until 2 days before I needed it for my vow renewal ceremony so I had no more time to wait, forced to take it as is. The worst part of all is that I didn't even make it 10 feet down the aisle before every seam popped! To find out her so called "fitting" was a couple stitches here and there.
