I bought my bedroom set from Pucci's years ago and have no complaints about that but my mom has had nothing but issues with this place now for years. She had them carpet her living room and the fibers in her carpet keep coming out. The store did deal with the carpet... at first but eventually blamed her dog (who has now been gone for years and the fibers are still coming out). Recently, she bought an adjustable bed because she has spine issues and her doctor told her to buy an adjustable bed. We were at the store for hours and they had no one there that was really knowledgeable. After being there for hours, she was explicitly told that if she bought the mid-range model and the mattress, it would work for her needs. We discussed at length the thickness of the mattress with the adjustable frame. Over 2,000 dollars later, and a few more weeks for delivery, the bed wasn't right from the start. She tried to get the delivery people to just take it, but they refused and told her that she had to call the store. When she called, no one there could or would help her. She was told to call back the next day. So she did. The owner herself told her, "Well, it's your bed now so it's your problem" when it was clearly not what she had very clearly told them that she needed. We were having a good experience when we were picking out carpet and ordering. Everything seemed great until the installation. Keep in mind, we aren’t living in our house and we have two kids under two. The installers left things in our house on that weren’t on to begin with (air conditioner, radio, lights), and the tack strip nails were sticking up through the carpet all the way around. My husband had to hammer them down himself. Two days after the carpet was installed, the seam started coming apart. We called, they came and looked at it and said it was because the seam was in direct sunlight and recommended we get curtains. They designed where the seam was going to go. They came and repaired it, and said they will replace it if it doesn’t hold up. Just not a good experience for a young couple with two kids under...

Ordered a mattress and bed frame. Paid in full. When they called and said it was ready for pickup we were then told the frame we were getting is the floor model. We didn't ask for the floor model when placing our order. When my husband picked up the mattress and frame , he asked if could get a discount for being sold the floor model without our knowledge to which they replied that they don't do discounts on floor models and that we already paid for it. We did not pay for it knowing we were going to get a floor model that doesn't even come in in a box. My husband had to load it onto his truck in pieces - and then was handed a Ziploc bag of the hardware. It felt like we were buying a frame from a second hand market rather than a local furniture store. We will not be going back for our future...
