On the search for a new stihl chainsaw the 500i specifically which happens to be the most sought after chainsaws in the u.s happened to be in stock at Adams power equipment and i was lucky enough they were able to sell me the saw of my dreams that morning! Just a few days prior I called around to local stihl dealers including adams and when I first visited I saw two 500i’s and one of the employees on shift said to me they were both sold. After continuing my search and almost settling for less something told me I should give adams one last call to make sure. I ended up connecting with Adams power equipment’s wonderful sales rep Brian Drummond who was Kind enough to look into this for me a little more and after sorting through his system he informed me they’re was in fact one 500i left for sale. I told Brian I was on my way and must have been preparing the saw as soon as we got off the phone because when I arrived 20 minutes later he had my new equipment ready to go. I would highly recommend speaking to Brian Drummond if your looking to have a fantastic sales rep who helps provide excellent dealer support, is very informative and listens to your needs and does his best to satisfy them which is what really matters when your a contractor earning a living with your equipment. My sincere condolences to the team at adams power equipment and a hats off to their sales rep...
Read moreWhile our initial encounter with Adams Power Equipment was NOT positive, I am rating them 4 stars - read on. My Father has performed servicing of his John Deere 210 tractor himself for 42 years. Knowing his primary and secondary belts were needing replacement, and now being nearly 90 years old, we entrusted this and other annual service items into Adams' care - the only time he had ever let anyone else work on his tractor. Well, things did not go as planned or initially committed, and we were VERY DISAPPOINTED. However, as I had seen Mr. Labrie reach out to others who had posted less than positive experiences with Adams, I called him FIRST vs writing a poor review. He was very apologetic and offered to do anything to "make it right". Dad's tractor shortly broke down after it had been returned (different issue) and he called Mr. Labrie for repair. Mr. Labrie not only made good on his offer and promise to "make it right", but WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, even fixing some other items at no charge. Dad's 210 is now running GREAT. I believe this speaks well of this company, as missteps can happen in any line of servicing. However, how a Company responds when this occurs truly shows their commitment to their clients and THEIR satisfaction. Because of these actions, Adams has regained our trust and confidence which led us to choose them in the first place. Thank you very...
Read moreThis place shouldn’t even get one star but thats the lowest i can give, I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere as will I , this place is managed very poorly and they don’t know how to speak to customers. I dropped two back pack leaf blows off 7 months ago and paid a 53.00 estimate fee for each machine , 7 months later I’m told they can’t service my machine because they “cant get parts for Husqvarna” that was never mentioned to me when I dropped off both machines and waited 7 months. When I went to pick up the machines I was spoken to very poorly by a guy named Vetto, he began cursing and raising his voice when I asked for my estimate fee back since they stated they “can’t get the parts” I will never bring business back to this place and I’ll be sure to tell everyone the same, the way I was spoke to and treated was absolutely ridiculous. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, there is many other repair shops in the area that will get the service done much faster and would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to. I called the general manager and left a voicemail and have yet to receive a call back. Again this is just proof of poor management, I’ll be sure to leave an update if I ever get a call back from the...
