Really disappointed. Was just in the store and spent $500. The cashier said if I went and brought my Jordans that I had at home back that I would be able to trade them in for credit. I drove a half hour home to get the sneakers and a half hour back and when I got there was told oh no we can’t really sell 15s. What I don’t understand is I just left there an hour before having bought a pair of size 15’s so they basically wasted my time and energy and lost a customer. I’ve probably spent six grand in that store. You should have done the right thing by me.

At no time did anyone apologize for my inconvenience or offer to compensate me for my wasted time. And what was explained to me in the store was the following: “we have a hard time selling size 15.” I never indicated anything re: condition and was misled. Please don’t say you value me as a customer and lie and make excuses for incompetence and a lack of empathy.

Any reasonable intelligent business owner would at the very least have give me a discount coupon or something.

Pathetic. Will never shop There again. Great sneaker spot in pleasant valley....

The staff here is amazing! They are always there to give you the best customer service, if they don’t have your size in stock at the store they can find it and order it online for the same price. They have the most affordable prices for everyone! They are amazing at finding great new styles of shoes and clothing to fit everyone’s different personalities and will help you find the right pair of shoes. They also have many varieties of sneakers and slides, many brands.. all authentic! They even carry many options of clothing including supreme and essentials.
