110 Grill, what can I say, hard working people but attention to detail not there. Because I was alone, I was immediately placed into a back corner, even though I expressed dislike. My table, seating and table plate was dirty, another employee, guest seater, I asked him to clean the area, he was very prompt. My server was prompt and very polite. My drink, cranberry, seltzer with a splash of lime was delish. Smart bartender, knows how to entertain an alcohol free drink, it was mixed like a mixed drink with lime juice and a wedge of lime. Food came out quickly, salad was plentiful, chicken grilled to perfection. But….the salads are definitely bagged salad with prepackaged salad dressing, it was tasty. My sweet potato fries came out, cold and soggy. I had to have them returned and get a new dish of sweet potato fries, they came out hot but not tasty, some not cooked all the way through, they need to change brand. I have had better store bought frozen sweet potato fries, after cooking. The manager brought them to me, she was very polite and attentive, she immediately looked for a resolution with free dessert, I accepted, crustless cheesecake with fruit, which was very delicious, but because of the way it came out. I don’t know if it was scraped out of a cheesecake with crust and this is a repurpose dessert. The fries should also be made to order, always. I also had to wait for my check, my waitress was busy but brought it when I asked, a patron should never have to ask for their check. I decided on three stars because the patron should never have to correct any details within an establishment/restaurant. Nor should an establishment/restaurant overlook the small details that the patrons pay for. If it’s a staffing issues, retrain and/or hire more employees.

I was torn between ratings on this restaurant. The restaurant is clean and convenient to have somewhere to sit and eat at the mall, which is not the cafeteria area. There is a nice menu with many options, and I have to give props to the kids' menu. Kids menus often have the same 3 items, and this one was really nice. The kids chose one thing from each of 5 little boxes. I attached a pic! The food was definitely not of high quality. They asked multiple times if anyone in our party had allergies (which we did not), but there was some confusion at our table when the waitress gave someone in our party the wrong meal (which she started eating and was fine) but could have been terrible if she had allergies. The waitress was very kind but every time she came over she didn't take any plates away. When the kids got their ice cream, I had to stack up plates and bowls to make room for the ice cream, and she still didn't take a single plate away 🙃. We did have good drinks! Overall, it's not somewhere I would go back to, but I think it's worth going if you're at the mall and need a break from the hustle and bustle and want to be seated and served.

Absolutely amazing team from top to bottom! My family has a lot of allergies. I mean we are a waiters worst nightmare with each of us covering the major allergens list and all of us has something different (Gluten, Lactose, Nuts & Treenuts and Shrimp) and they were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Moses was our server and he was kind and patient while taking our order. He took our allergies very seriously ( more seriously than any other place we have been to ) and made us feel extremely safe. They took an added precaution and brought out the food separately and by different servers to not cross contaminate the plates which I have never seen a restaurant do before. On top of all of that, the food was EXCELLENT!!! We love this place and hope one will open in the NYC/Queens/Long Island area soon as we were visiting the area for apple picking. Definitely a must to dine here if you’re nearby!

4th time here - 2nd time I had to request a manager and the last time I'll spend $ here. My wife and I stopped in for an app a drink. We sat at the bar - pretty busy. Took a few min to be acknowledged, but thats ok. There was a dirty cloth napkin next to us I will say - it sat there our entire visit. So, a friendly bartender greets us and we order a beer and a cocktail. I asked if the Sloop beer was an IPA. "I dont know." OK, well Ill try it. My beer came literally with foam dripling all over it. 1st day on the tap I guess🤦‍♂️ We asked for a menu and decided to split a chicken sandwich ordered with no lettuce. My wife sipped, I drank and was offered another. Sure. Served in the same overflowing sudsy fashion. My hands were all wet from beer and we hadnt gotten napkins or silverware yet. Food came. 1 plate (we ordered to share) and full of lettuce. As it sat there no one came to ck in so I flagged a runner down and sent it back. Wifes drink empty now. We waited not too long and the sandwich came back out. Cheking it, I could tell all they did was scrape the lettuce off because they didnt get it all. Shame! But we ate it and it was tasty. Wifes drink sat empty. We were never given napkins or silver. I had to flag the server down as he still had not ck'd in to see if the food was right or if we needed anything. Asked for ketchup and napkins. We got the ketchup and was handed a small cocktail napkin. Are you for real? Meanwhile the dirty real napkin still sat on the bar next to us and my wifes drink still sat empty. That was the last straw for me and I flagged someone down AGAIN and requested a manager. After running down my laundry list I explained my wifes drink sat empty and I didnt want the beer served to me because I dont drink alone. The manager took off the drinks but honestly didnt seem very sympathetic. Having no napkins, no fork, a scraped off sandwich, empty drink, an inattentive server, a dirty bar top, and an indifferent manager sealed the deal for me. Paid the bill, 0 tip, and adios. I'll never go back. I will say the manager did his job, just didnt seem...

Omg! I had a bad experience here. Where should I start… First I ordered the veg burger and I have never in my life seen such a horrible looking burger. I’m a vegetarian and trust me it was microwaved with two small onions on top with a teaspoon of what looked like mayonnaise. My husband said it looked like dog food. Also I have never complained to a waitress about my food where I can’t eat it. This was a first for me where I had to send my food back. The waitress was very nice at least. She said it didn’t look right and she is sorry. I told her it’s okay it’s not her fault. She asked if I wanted a salad, but no thank you I just ate the small cup size of fries they gave me. She told me they don’t grill the burger. They do microwave it because then it would be grilled with meat. Unreal they need to get a small grill and do it separate or don’t serve vegetarian burger. Now my husband said they forgot the beacon in his burger but it was okay not the best. He ordered appetizers which he said was microwaved because the bread was all Soggy. My poor soon had three chicken tenders that again looked like they got heated up too long in the microwave. He ate the softer sides. My son said what’s this? He is seven. He ordered Mac and cheese it looked like pasta with butter and it probably was. He said it’s not Mac and cheese. Any where I get him Mac and cheese he eats it all up but not this place. Also they include desert with child’s menu which is all bull. It’s berries or a scoop of ice cream. Are you kidding me. They don’t let you order different side dishes for the kids. They force you to get French fries. Even though my kid doesn’t want them. So I did but I ordered separately the Mac and cheese. I don’t care about the money. Also I was so annoyed with the place we didn’t order dessert and for the first time the kids didn’t mind because they hate the place. I should have took pictures to post the food. I would have got dessert off the reg menu. We are never coming back again. I went home...
