Not only was it well stocked, and staffed by people who were enjoyable to interact with -informed and helpful as well- but a few days after my purchase I received a refund to my account!!! They noticed that I had been overcharged and on their own accord refunded me without me having even noticed the overcharge (which was only $11 and partially my fault-long story but the point still stands)

I am so grateful for the reminder that the world is not a bad place and that there are still people doing their best to make sure things are made right… it really made my week, every time I’m looking through my transactions and see it I feel so much happier

Worth the effort of actually going into the mall to pick up a few cards to send out this holiday season and any other of life’s occasions.

Rude service. After searching around a while, I purchased a card. After paying for it and having my Hallmark club card scanned, I was asked to show my signature on my credit card. After complaining about being treated like a thief, I was told this was usual procedure. I've never been "carded" in a Hallmark store or anywhere else, for that matter.
