I ordered food for the second time from the location by Marist College. After a somewhat positive first experience, I decided to revisit again and regret each and every second of this experience. The only redeemable factor was how polite the staff was, but everything else was completely atrocious. I placed my order online for pickup and when I visited the location, they said they did not receive it. Not the biggest deal, a minor inconvenience, I thought. So I ordered in person. I ordered two pork taco bowls with a side of guac. When I arrived home I took my first bite to be met by an overwhelming taste of salt. I am the kind of person who loves salt. If something is too salty for someone else, I'll eat it; but this tasted as if salt was the first ingredient and pork was the second. Secondly, both of our meals were ice cold. I had to microwave my "supposedly" fresh meal for over a minute for it to even be luke warm. Finally the rice I had in my dish was so undercooked that it literally tasted as if it was cooked for maybe 1/4th of the amount of time that it is suppose to. So now, instead of eating my lunch that I paid for, I am sitting on my couch, with a ruined appetite writing this review.

I've worked in customer service for over 12 years and the food industry for 6. I rarely go out of my way to say anything bad about anyone ever. If there is a hair in my food, I pick it out and eat it anyway without a complaint, but this genuinely feels as if they sold me food that was dried out, and out of code just to save a dollar. I ordered a baja chicken bowl plus an extra serving for an additional cost. My Doordash arrives and there was no chicken inside. I called several times to inform the staff of the mistake, they placed me on hold and said they "didn't know anything about it and were "so busy" I decided to drive there, Bc I was on a limited break. I get there and see 3 people on line and 1 person at the register, I wait until it's my turn to express that my order was incorrect. The young lady asks me to wait on the side. I stand there as 2 additional people get served who came in several minutes after I did, the same young lady decided it was more important to fix spoons in the trays rather than tending to me, the employee purposely made me wait despite me being polite in my approach. I ask to speak to a manager, she said there wasn't one there followed by an attitude that she was going to help but was helping a customer, she went out of her way to make another wrap when her co-worker was available to make it instead. Am I not a customer who waited in line as well to be helped after they messed up my order? My entire experience at this location from the multiple calls down to the employee who was very rude, and inconsiderate. I will not be back. The owner invited me back via Instagram messages... I no longer use that account and could not access a message, I was running to McDonald's to grab something for some reason they were closed so I figured I'd give this place another try and now for sure, it will be my last

It has the tall kid if he could change his gloves because he had been using the POS system and ringing up other guests he rolled his eyes at me he then asked what I wanted and then he forgot the beans and when I told them I asked for beans again he rolled his eyes at me very condescending not friendly no thank yous just making my bowl as fast as he could so that he can go sit down with his friends in the corner of the dining room maybe the owner should check the cameras and watch what his staff does when it is not here.
