I'm very unhappy with my purchase. In August 2023 I went into the store for a Beauty Rest Black and Mike talked me into purchasing a Sterns and Foster. Knowing that's not what I wanted he said "Listen, i dont have the Beauty Rest Black in right now but let me call about it. For now take this Sterns and Foster. Its this and Sterns and Foster is that, try it for 7 days, if you are still unhappy, I will take it back with no stock fee and get you the Beauty Rest" I said fibe. I had just moved, needed a bed and more importantly, I travel a lot for work so when I come back into town I wanna sleep comfortably. Well two days went by and I was sure it was uncomfortable. I called, Mike wasn't in. I went down the next day, they said he was off for the next two days. On day 6 I called again. NO Mike. Day 7, still no Mike and coincidentally there was no number on any of thise days for anyone to contact hom to let him know I have been coming back and forth and calling and wanted to return the mattress. It is now March 2024. I may have slept in tje bed a total of 20 nights and not one time have I gotten a good sound sleep. I would live for Quality Furniture to make this right. It was a very expensive purchase where I not only purchased the mattress but also a bed frame, adjustable headboard...
