He was buying some games with his own money from his birthday and the lady with the purple hair kept asking if we wanted the protection plan. We kept saying no thank you and she obnoxiously kept asking if we wanted the plan but in the end, he would have to spend more money to get something that was not completely necessary. I said “no thank you, we are in a rush” and she goes on to say that my little brother isn’t responsible with money because he doesn’t know how to save money. Came in with my boyfriend to browse, we ended up buying funko pops. The old lady with purple hair was the one ringing us out and she seriously needs an attitude check. After giving her my phone number for rewards she let me know that my membership was expired and if I wanted to reopen it again for $15 I let her continue talking about the membership until I finally said no im okay thanks as my boyfriend was the one paying and I don't go to gamestop enough for it to be worth it. Alayna is rude and will never buy anything from that shop. My wife went and bought a game FIFA25 for $60. Alayna told her that there is no physical game and gave a digital game without explaining to her that digital game are not returnable. When I was about a redeem the game I was offered 70% for the same game on my son’s Nintendo e-shop.
