Beautiful Jewelry store with great customer service. I stopped into Hannnoush just to see what they carried for jewelry. I was pleasantly surprised to see all of the beautiful jewelry they carry setup in gorgeous jewelry cases.

This one associate Jennifer was friendly and welcoming and offered to let me try on a few pieces. Again, I didn’t go into the store to buy something. I felt no pressure at all to purchase what I was looking at, although the pieces enticed me to! I left the store with Jennifer’s business card , she’s actually the store manager. I went back about a week and a half later and bought a beautiful Gabrielle & Co gold ring and I love it!!! Elegant jewelry store with refined help. I’m certain this is my new jeweler....

Growing up we always went to Louis Jewelers for all fine jewelry needs!! I was first broken hearted to see it was no longer same owners - until I met Sierra and the other lady working with her (apologies for forgetting names). Sierra was wonderfully patient with my inability to narrow down my options. She made me feel at ease, humored me and was integral to my decision making. As mid 40’s woman who never spends money on herself - after getting 4 jewelry pieces for family I ordered an emerald and diamond ring for myself - no guilt as I always feel after small purchases let alone something of this magnitude. I went to the Hannoush Jewelers in Queensbury to find a special gift for my daughter for a big birthday. I had never been in the store nor any Hannoush Jewelers. Evelina greeted me right away and after explaining what I was looking for she showed me a lot of great options. She was very honest and thoughtful with her information. I never felt pressured and in the end she helped me make the best possible decision. My daughter loved the earrings. They also gave me a great price which I appreciated. I would definitely go back...
