Great costumer service! always make sure you leave their store happy with your purchase. we purchased a gold watch their and we had an issue that it was releasing color on the shirts and it was real gold, we went back to the store and the boss himself was their, he listened to our complaints and offered to dip it in 24 K gold with no charge!!! the reason that could happen is when the person wearing it has strong iron in his body and the iron and gold backfire against each other. but ever since he dipped in 24 K it doesn't leave any color, and it is great quality, more then that we went back to the same store to purchase other jewelry.. good costumer service leads to costumers...

Wow wow wow wow!!! I had an amazing experience in this store! Mr. Lazer Schonfeld was so friendly and patient, he stayed after hours so I can get what I need! Friendly, accommodating, amazing staff!!
