1. Very clean establishment . It is obvious that the employees were trained in food safety beyond just the basics.

2. Delicious gourmet coffee and food. Exciting but simple breakfast menu.

3. Great customer service. The employees taking your order know the menu.

I like my tuna sandwich on a whole grain everything bagel toasted in a special way. I never got it done wrong.

There is a review here by a Mr. E. about a manager here with "customer service that would probably best applied in some hesidishe joint in viznits". First of all you are a bigot trying to imply that poor customer service has to do with Hassidim & Viznitz. As a Hasid myself who is also a professional, you are very insulting and ignorant too. Second, you write yourself that you were coming here for four months and at the same time that they messed up your order EVERY time. I wonder then why you are coming back again and again for four months. Any person with half a brain will not go back again even the second time. Yet, you went back for four months to such horrible service? Third, check your spelling. You write so low about Hasidim yet you can't even spell. I wonder what your real motives are. Are you affiliated with another local restaurant that can't even get their gefilta fish right?

The excessive amount of salt in the bagel overpowered any other flavor, and made it nearly impossible to enjoy. The texture of the bagel was also affected, becoming dry and tough, making it even harder to swallow.

The cream cheese was no better - it was also overloaded with salt, which made it nearly inedible. It was difficult to distinguish any other flavors, and the saltiness was simply overwhelming. It was clear that the cafe did not pay attention to the proper balance of ingredients, and it resulted in a truly terrible experience.
