Extremely Disappointed with Service and Quality

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service and quality I received. Despite numerous calls (over 20 times) to address issues with my bedroom set, I never received a callback from the department head as promised.

Unfortunately, the quality of the products was also subpar. Within a year of my wedding, I had to replace the entire bedroom set due to repeated breakdowns and lack of support.
