I contracted to have two exterior doors replaced and a storm door installed. Tim came out immediately. He was so pleasant and gave me a quote, that was better than the other companies and he gave me a veterans discount! Tim's son picked up the doors and materials I had ordered from Lowes and brought them to the house with great care. Mark, who came out to do the work did a wonderful job on the doors! One door was more complicated than the other to install because of how the kitchen cabinets were built too close to them, the rotted wood underneath, and the steel beam above the door, but Mark managed to get the new door in without damaging the stucco, the kitchen, or the new door. The job took roughly 2 day to complete. Even the neighbors called to tell me how beautiful the doors looked.

The only con I would note was the clean-up afterwards and door disposal. I had to pretty much take care of that, but sanitation came and picked it all up.

Watch out for staff named Mark. He at first will give the impression that he is very professional & honest but he is not. He installed my kitchen cabinets which came out fine. However, the end panels were missing & subsequently had to be ordered & installed. He returned to my home just to put up the end panels which was poorly done.

Tim sent him to fix it which he didn’t like. However he & purposefully damage my cabinets & countertops which he admitted to. He spray painted my cabinets out of anger & which had to be replaced.

Worst contractor I have ever worked with. His finishes are garbage and he is dishonest. He installed our flooring and it was cupping after few weeks he never came to fix it. His workers lost the original door for the electrical panel and they used a wooden door to close it and somehow they passed electrical inspection which is very shady. Fast forward I had to change the entire electrical panel because they had done everything wrong including using interior wiring for the exterior connection to the house.
