My husband and I decided that we wanted to rent a soft play set roughly 2 weeks prior to our daughter's 1st birthday party. I googled "soft play set." and John's company was one of the 1st searches that popped up. Everything on their website is so clear and concise, "The Little Explorers" package is exactly what I was looking for. Prior to calling John, I had already anticipated that he was going to tell me that nothing was available for her party, considering it was very last minute. I had explained to him my situation, and he was extremely gracious about it. He was very honest from the beginning, letting me know that the package I wanted was most likely unavailable. John is so kind and accommodating, he actually made some phone calls to see if he could still get us this specific play set in time for the party. He called me back within 15 minutes of our initial conversation to give me the great news that the play set was available! John and his colleague are an absolute pleasure to work with. This is a family owned business, you can tell that they put their heart and soul into it. The equipment is clean, updated and safe. Communication with John and his team was efficient and organized from beginning to end. The guests cannot stop raving about how amazing the soft play set was, it was a total hit! So I am leaving a review just based on outstanding customer service. I was supposed to have The Little Explorers package for my daughter’s 1st birthday outdoor party this weekend, but it rained all day. First off, John from Let Them Play answered the message I sent from the website within 18 minutes! He emailed and answered all of my questions regarding the package right away. Everytime he said he would be reaching out with the next step of the renting process, he did. Honestly, this was the easiest and least stressful part of planning her party. I found Let Them Play off a simple google search and boy was I lucky. John answered and was able to accommodate a last minute request for a 1st birthday party I was originally going to do outdoors. I never knew such a service existed until my venue asked if I was going to put a soft play area for the kiddos because I was no longer doing an outdoor party where I had a playground already.
