Really hope whoever runs the show behind the counter sees this. I visited on Sunday, June 6th. Phoned in an order at 11:30AM, 2 salads, 1 wrap, 3 smoothies. Was told 30 mins. Arrived at noon, sharp, and didn't walk out until 12:25. So that in itself is kind of aggravating. Especially when you're on a timed lunch break. Not only that, but they forgot the wrap. Instead of telling me they forgot it and asking me if I want to wait, they just swept it under the rug and made it there on the spot. So now I have 3 smoothies and 2 salads sitting on the counter and it's about 85 degrees outside and this place has the door opened, packed house. Surely we got back to work and the smoothies were like soup. All this, because the staffs main priority was some big catering order. I get that that order was a money maker. But you don't just throw the rest of the customers to the side. You bring in staff to compensate the large order. Or tell a longer wait time over the phone. I consider myself a regular at this establishment but after the bad taste they left after today's visit, it will be awhile...
   Read moreThis saddens me to have to do, but it's absolutely necessary at this point. I used to love Sequa delis food. The last 3 times i was in this location i ordered my food to go. Each time i order the exact same thing, a salad with my dressing on the side. Each time i request for Caesar dressing. I live over 25 mins away from here so its not like i can just return instantly. Today, i ordered my salad and requested for them to TRIPLE CHECK the dressing they are giving me. Each time I've requested Caesar they have given me ranch, although the "C" on the top of the container should represent Caesar. I placed my order today with specific instructions to please uncover and look at the dressing they are giving me. I drive almost 25 mins back to my house to realize ONCE AGAIN they've given me RANCH dressing. I'm absolutely at a loss of words for an explanation on how you can do this 3. separate. times.    Read moreCustomarily, I am very happy with this establishment and their products. However, my experience this weekend left a lot to be desired. I placed an online order that included 2 sides of meat with my egg order. I paid and tipped online…picked up the order…when I opened the order at home, no meats. I called to notify them of the error…I was placed on hold…when the woman returned to the phone, she said “Want a credit?” I said, No I’d like you to deliver the rest of my order. Anyway, it took them close to an hour and a half to deliver the rest of my meal, which was already spoiled by this time. There were close to 7 employees working at the time I picked up my original order…even if a driver was not readily available, I wish one of them would have had the forethought to not continue to delay an order that was already...
