Next Level Party Time — Local services in Town of Riverhead

DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had!

The waterslide was put together with electrical tape!! Once money was exchanged the communication stopped. The party was about to start soon so we turned on the hose to start to wet the slides and fill up the pool/crash section when suddenly we were standing in a huge puddle of water and mud!! We see the hose came undone (pictured) with no sign of where it came out of ! I tired to call and get assistance to where they told me it would be hours before someone could get to me and I should have let them know sooner (like I could have predicted this would happen) upset at their lack of solutions while my party was about to begin, I was told I would have to deal with it and if I didn’t want to wait for someone to come then they would just pick up the bounce house. Once the party was more than half way through some of my party guests started checking it out and playing around with it to where they found the connection point and mended the terrible installations, which was done as we approached the end of my party -A few remaining guests were able to enjoy the waterslide. After we sang happy birthday next level party rentals finally showed up! I reached out to ask for some sort of compensation for the lack of service, embarrassment, disfunction, and all around disappointment and they would not respond or return any of my calls.

Not sure how these guys have so many 5 star reviews.. I feel tricked. If I could give zero...

I Run a Dj company and used this company often and my clients rave about there professional nature and has come thru many times and last minute above and beyond expectations , the equipment shows up pristine and very clean they do the extra steps to make sure your experience is a next level one they have top of the line bouncys , chairs tents and movie theater outdoor setups would recommend the next level crew to anyone ! This company is nothing but quality so don’t think cheaper is Better goto...

The NLPT team were awesome! They set up super early taking the stress out of the "will it be here on time" question. (Last year another company set up afterwards he event began!) They're priced exceptionally fair especially with their many available products! The bounce house was so huge even the bigger kids spent the day in it! I loved my experience so much I've already booked them for another event in his summer! No more shopping around, NLPT is my new go to...
